Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your stay at Tattva Suites, Mohammed Wadi, Pune. By booking a suite, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Reservations & Confirmation

A booking is confirmed only upon written or verbal confirmation from Tattva Suites. We reserve the right to decline a booking at our discretion. Confirmation may be provided via WhatsApp, phone call, or email.

2. Check-in & Check-out

  • Check-in: 12:00 PM (noon)
  • Check-out: 11:00 AM
  • Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged subject to availability and an additional charge.
  • Valid government-issued photo ID is required at check-in for all guests.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the check-in date: full refund.
  • Cancellations within 48 hours of check-in: one night's tariff may be charged.
  • No-shows: the first night will be charged to the booking.
  • Special rates and long-stay bookings may have different cancellation terms communicated at confirmation.

4. Payment

Payment terms are communicated at the time of booking confirmation. We accept cash, UPI, NEFT/IMPS, and other payment methods as agreed. Full payment or an advance may be required to confirm the reservation.

5. Guest Conduct

  • Guests are expected to respect the property and other guests at all times.
  • Noise must be kept to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
  • Smoking is not permitted inside the suites or building corridors.
  • Pets are not permitted on the premises.
  • Illegal activities are strictly prohibited. Tattva Suites reserves the right to terminate a booking immediately without refund for violation of these rules.

6. Damages

Guests are responsible for any damage to the suite, furniture, or property caused during their stay. The cost of repair or replacement will be charged to the guest.

7. Liability

Tattva Suites is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings. Guests are advised to use the in-room electronic safe for valuables. The hotel's liability for any claim is limited to the value of the accommodation charges paid.

8. Events & Banquets

Event and banquet bookings are subject to a separate agreement. Terms including payment schedule, cancellation, and minimum spend are communicated at the time of enquiry.

9. Amendments

Tattva Suites reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. The current version will always be available on this page.
