Check-in starts at 12:00 PM. Check-out is by 11:00 AM. If you need early check-in or a late check-out, WhatsApp us beforehand — we'll do our best depending on what's available that day.

How do I book a room?

Do all suites have a kitchen?

Yes — every single suite. The Deluxe Suite has a kitchenette with a microwave, hob, and fridge. The Premium and Family Suites have full modular kitchens where you can cook a proper meal. Utensils, crockery — all included.

Is parking free?

Yes. Dedicated parking inside the property, complimentary for all guests. You won't need to park on the road.

Is there food available on-site?

Yes. Our café and restaurant serves breakfast, light meals, and drinks through the day. You can also order to your suite. And if you're on a longer stay and prefer cooking yourself, we'll help you get groceries sorted.

How close are you to Corinthians Club?

Very close — about 0.3 km. It's a 2-minute drive or a short walk. Most guests who come for Corinthians events stay with us for exactly this reason.

Do you offer weekly or monthly rates?

We do. Tattva was designed with longer stays in mind — full kitchens, daily housekeeping, laundry, and uninterrupted power and water. If you're staying a week or more, WhatsApp us and we'll give you a proper rate.

Can I host a wedding or event here?

Yes. We have banquet and event space for weddings, corporate functions, and private gatherings. Tell us your date and the rough headcount and we'll take it from there.

Are pets allowed?

Not at the moment — we don't allow pets. We know that's disappointing for some guests. If the policy changes, we'll update this.

What's the cancellation policy?

Cancel 48 hours or more before check-in and you get a full refund. Cancel within 48 hours and there may be a one-night charge. For extended stays or special rates, we'll tell you the terms clearly at the time of booking.

Is the property safe?

Yes. CCTV across the building, on-site security round the clock, and a well-lit premises. It's a gated property in a calm neighbourhood — you won't have any concerns.

How far is the airport?

Pune Airport is about 12 km away — roughly 25 minutes by cab depending on traffic. Our front desk can arrange a pickup or drop if you need one, just let us know in advance.
